Orders, Returns, Exchanges & Claims
How do I place an order? Placing an order with Miono Kids is easy! Simply add your favorite items to your cart, proceed to checkout, and follow the prompts to complete your purchase. You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? We process orders quickly, but if you need to make changes or cancel your order, please reach out to us at mionokids@gmail.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request!
What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused, and with all labels and tags attached. To start a return, contact us at mionokids@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
How long does it take to process a return? Once we receive your returned items, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. We’ll notify you via email once your return is processed.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item? We’re so sorry for the inconvenience! Please email us at mionokids@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.
Size Questions
How do I find the right size for my child? We know how important it is to get the perfect fit! Please refer to to the Size Chart available on each product page.
What if the size I ordered doesn’t fit? No worries! You can return or exchange the item within 30 days, as long as it’s unworn and in its original condition with all tags attached. Reach out to us at mionokids@gmail.com to start the process.
